How can I get into the club if I’m under 18?

1 – Ask your MOTHER OR FATHER to take you to a concert. In this case, you don’t need a notary, only proof of family relationship – both your ID CARDS for identification and a COPY OF YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

To enter MIXTAPE 5 club if you are a MINOR, you must meet one of the following two conditions:

2 – Come with an ADULT GUARDIAN (sister/brother, relative, friend, acquaintance).

In this case, in addition to IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS for you and your guardian, you will need 2 DECLARATIONS, SIGNED AND STAMPED BY A NOTARY AND BOTH PARENTS. One declaration remains at the entrance with security, and the other stays with you, in case it’s requested again. THE DECLARATION IS PREPARED BY A NOTARY, and it is their signature and stamp that turn the loose sheet into a document that is fully legal before law enforcement. To obtain such a declaration, you must go with both your parents to a notary, ask them to prepare a document for access to a nightlife venue in the company of an adult guardian, and include the names and Personal Identification Number (PIN) of yourself, your guardian, and both your parents, who will sign the document as a sign of consent. There is no need to search for such a declaration online. The notary issues the document according to their template. The guardian is not required to be present when the power of attorney is drawn up. Only their details are needed, which security will compare with their ID card upon entry to the club.

Please note that this declaration can be issued for a single concert, for several concerts, or for a period of time (up to 1 year).
