I. Subject Matter
1. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the terms for accessing and using the website https://mixtape5.com (the “Website“), owned by BVL-67 Ltd. (the “General Terms“). To be able to use the Website, you must familiarize yourself with and comply with the General Terms.

The User declares that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions for using the Website, and that any active action and/or passive behavior on their part, after the Website has been loaded/opened, constitutes an electronic declaration of intent that they agree to these General Terms and Conditions for using the Website.
3. In connection with the services provided, we process personal data of users – natural persons – in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy of BVL-67 Ltd. (the “Personal Data Protection Policy“), which you can find on the Website. The Policy is an integral part of the General Terms.

BVL-67 Ltd. – refers to a legal entity registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 175163820, with its registered office and management address: Sofia, postal code 1142, Sredets district, 61 Lyuben Karavelov St., 4th floor, apt. 8, which manages the website https://mixtape5.com.
Website – refers to a collection of internet pages with a common main internet page that loads in a browser when the electronic address https://mixtape5.com is entered.
Browser – refers to a computer program that enables the transfer, processing, and visualization of data through various types of data transfer protocols.
Internet Page – refers to a part of a website that can be composite or separate.
Interface – refers to a combination of graphic objects associated with program code, through which the user communicates with the internet site in an accessible way.
User – refers to a natural person to whom BVL-67 Ltd. provides user services.
Electronic Link – refers to a link, indicated on a specific internet page, that allows automated redirection to another internet page, information resource, or object through standardized protocols.
Mixtape Venue – refers to the establishment managed by the company BVL-67 Ltd., located in Sofia, 21 Gen Gurko St.
User Services – refers to free information society services provided to natural persons through the website https://mixtape5.com.

5. BVL-67 Ltd. provides the following online services to users of the Website:

12. BVL-67 Ltd. takes care to ensure the proper use and non-dissemination of the personal data of its users, which will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policies adopted by BVL-67 Ltd. and forming an integral part of these General Terms.

These General Terms and Conditions were approved by the managers of BVL-67 Ltd. on 01.09.2022 and come into force on 01.09.2022.
